L&rsquo;appareil peut fonction en mode continu, batch ou feed-batch gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un contr\u00f4leur qui g\u00e8re : le pH, l&rsquo;O2 dissous, la temp\u00e9rature, l&rsquo;agitation et l&rsquo;agent anti-mousse.
